PPSSPP Git (2014/12/31) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
* dx9: Don't force alpha to 1.
This was removed from GLES also. Depal ends up using this shader for
flipped blits, and it screws up alpha.
