RiceVideo Git (2014/10/07) is compiled. RiceVideo is an open source video graphic plugin for N64 emulators. All windows-based emulators with plugin support (1964, Project64, Mupen64plus).

* [~] Stop a stupid behavior in the graphics context that could result the windowed screen being auto set to 640x480 even though the computer is fully capable of handling it.
Next port of call to clean is all this graphics context stuff, merge it in with the DirectX stuff as well :P
Hoping all this cleaning will make it easier to fix problems and begin upgrading to a more modern API
* [-]Remove an unused option
* [~] Combine the "Default rom options" page with the normal options page. No need to keep them separated.
