psxact Git (2014/10/11) is compiled. psxact is a Cycle accurate PS1 emulator written in C++.

psxact Git Changelog:
* Update readme.md
* make the build system more sturdy, and stop assuming certain platforms will use certain tool chains
* Might help if I tested the stupid thing before pushing :D
* the build system is now something i am happy with
