M+GUI v1.6.0

EmuCR:MameUIM+GUI v1.6.0 is compiled. M+GUI new GUI is a stand alone front-end, with similar functionality and interface as MAMEUI.Currently available for Windows and Linux/x11 platforms. M+GUI can automatically download ROMs from FTPs, moreover, it merely downloads the missing roms inside a zip file, resulting a much lower bandwidth consumption.

M+GUI currently supports the following MAME builds: MAME, MESS, SDLMAME, SDLMESS, MAMEPlus

M+GUI v1.6.0 Changelog:
- add game have/miss export(OrochiZ @ PPXClub)
- added scale effects values (2xBRZ, 3xBRZ)
- updated for mame 0.154
- updated all lang

    This release is missing .DLL files. Cannot run.

    The DLL is in the folder from previous versions, but M+GUI will not run saying it's missing.

    MAME Plus! v0.155 comes with M+GUI 1.6.0 and don't require .DLL files
