MEWUI for MAME v1.55a

MEWUI for MAME v1.55a is released. MEWUI is intended as an simple extension of the internal UI of MAME, whose main characteristic lies in viewing the complete games list.

* Display icons in the games list (.ICO file).
* Mouse wheel scrolling to the games list.
* Displaying COMMAND.DAT info in the right panel.

* Left alignment of games list by default.

* Failure to save the custom filter.
