EmuCR: PPSSPPPPSSPP Git (2014/07/03) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

We currently ban them from GLES3, and this was interacting with that
incorrectly. Should we still ban them, though?

Not tested, though, since I don't have one... from reporting.
* Stop reporting memcpy fbo upload/download.
* Implement sceGzipDecompress and sceDeflateDecompress. Some games (eg. Suto Mani / Strobe Mania) required this. They are now playable. Fixes #146

  1. Los builds creados por emuCR funcionan mál por lo que es mejor usar los offciales que estan aquí: buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp
