3dmoo Git (2014/07/17) is compiled. 3dmoo is an open-source Nintendo 3DS Emulator Prototype. It does not run games (yet).

From what I know, a device must be hacked before its emulation is possible, right? But the 3DS is not exactly "hacked". Then how come there are already two emulators appeared?
