PPSSPP Git (2013/12/27) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

It seems that the uids are interchangeable. Probably won't matter, but
now they have proper uids.

Implement sceKernelLoadModuleBufferUsbWlan()
* Update hashmap before deciding to abort.
Otherwise, if you delete it, it can never generate one.
* Implement sceKernelLoadModuleBufferUsbWlan().
