PPSSPP Git (2013/12/19)

PPSSPP Git (2013/12/19) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

PPSSPP Git Changelog:
- Blackberry buildfix.
- Reformat JitBlockCache
- Rework proxy blocks a bit
- Call ProxyBlock in ArmJit too. Plus various cleanup and one more string function.
- Use GetPointerUnchecked in replaced functions. No point in checking these addresses really.
- Exclude rt on Mac SDL port
- Merge: 83534c0 46e0ac5Merge pull request #4882 from unknownbrackets/jit-minorFix memcpy/memmove replacements, minor tweaks
- Logging tweak.
- Replacements: use memmove, avoid invalid addr.If size = 0, don't care about addresses. Some games use 0, 0, 0 andexpect it to work just fine, which it should.
- Increase the min size of an "interesting" func.Seeing a bunch of forwarders and stuff that won't hash safely.
