Cen64 next-version Git (2013/12/29) is compiled. Cen64 next-version is a branch of Cen64. Cen64 is a Cycle-Accurate Nintendo 64 Simulator.

Cen64 next-version Git Changelog:
* Improve performance, squash a bug.
* Further vectorize rdp/rsp.
* Fix a bug in PI reads.
* Fix a bug in TLB address translation.
Fixes 'Super Mario 64' hang-on-boot issue.

IYou must use CMD. You also need pifrom.bin too.. Google is your friend. Do not asked for it in here.

For example.. cen64.exe in the folder should be "cen64" folder. Do this:

cd desktop
cd cen64
cen64.exe pifrom.bin name.z64

You also must have n64 rom to be .z64 and not .n64. If you try to rename .n64 to .z64 and it will not work either. Hope it helps. :)
