Dolphin Git 4.0-177

Dolphin Git 4.0-177 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

Dolphin Git changelog:
* C.K. should fix his website before throwing stones at obsolete xml.
* Fix references for OGL, SW and D3D.
* Missed a accept error handler.
Init instead of memset.
* Fix accept() bug, which was using the wrong isRW for error conversion.
Also fixed a debug issue where local_name is used uninitialised.
* [Android] Change the names of the functions responsible for loading/saving config values in UserPreferences.java. Makes readability better, since they have names that actually go with each other now. LoadIniToPrefs() and SavePrefsToIni().
