x360ce SVN r799

EmuCR:x360ce x360ce SVN r799 is compiled. Xbox 360 Controller Emulator (a wrapper library that translates the xinput calls to directinput calls) which allows your controller (GamePad, Joystick, Wheel, ...) to function like an Xbox 360 controller on a Windows PC. For example it allows you to play Grand Theft Auto (GTA) game with Logitech wheel.

    Nichole, there are things that misses on your x360ce builds, and when included, they are really outdated versions, on all of your builds...
    is the updated :

    x360ce.gdb
    dinput8.dll
    x360ce.exe

    Sometimes, when i read the update logs, i see that the x360ce.exe had a update but your build still have the 3 old month build with it ...

    could you check on this? :(

    He has never update the extra files just like I said beofore.
    So I complied it myself now.
