SoftGraphic HLE plugin v1.5 for Project64 is released. SoftGraphic is a software rendering HLE graphics plugin and use MESS rdp core as rendering engine.

No special RSP is needed and it is very slow but accurate, you need a fast CPU to get decent frame rate.

NOTES：
This plugin is based on angrylion's rdp plugin and MESS rdp, the credit of graphics rendering should goto MAME team and angrylion.

* support PJ64 save to bitmap
* add 2xSai, Super2xSaI, SuperEagle and TV mode filter
