nds4droid v41

EmuCR: nds4droidnds4droid v41 is released. nds4droid is a free, open source Nintendo DS emulator for Android based on DeSmuME. It is currently in it's infancy but does support most of the features one would expect in an emulator.

nds4droid v41 Changelog:
- Minor performance enhancements
- Fixed a bug where rotating the display would cause the autosave timer to reset

    please get closer to drastic because i like this emu it is for free and there is a lot of work
