Dolphin Git 3.5-1871

Dolphin Git 3.5-1871 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

- [Android] General cleanup. Add more documentation.
- [Android] Change the .settings file to target Java 1.6 instead of 1.5.
- [Android] Turns out the sidebar XML could also be simplified.
- [Android] Simplify the XML layout for the about menu. Remove unused strings.
- [Android] Remove fragments from the Android Manifest XML. These shouldn't be defined here (nor do they need to. They're fragments, not activities).
- [Android] Format all Java files to be consistent.
- [Android] Make the previous commit parlane approved in terms of boolean conditions.
