* Fixed win32 video_updatepixel function.
* Added --help command line parameter.
* Refactored the rendering flag of the PPU.
* Began work with updated video system per pixel instead of per line.
Fixed Linux/GCC segmentation fault.
Added SDL video_updatepixel function, Win32 needs implemented.
