SoftGraphic HLE plugin v1.3 for Project64 is released. SoftGraphic is a software rendering HLE graphics plugin and use MESS rdp core as rendering engine.
No special RSP is needed and it is very slow but accurate, you need a fast CPU to get decent frame rate.
NOTES：
This plugin is based on angrylion's rdp plugin and MESS rdp, the credit of graphics rendering should goto MAME team and angrylion.
Settings:
SoftGraphic HLE plugin v1.3 for Project64
* rewrite DirectDraw code to improve frame rate
* add full screen support
* add resolution 1024 x 768

Might give this a try as all current video plugins seem to still have very glaring issues in many games. I believe I would have a fast enough CPU to run it (i.e. Core i7 2600k @ 4.2Ghz). Only problem I have with software surrendering plugins is that there is no filtering such as Anti-Aliasing although hopefully that can be done in software as well.
