RiceVideo Git (2013/05/04) is compiled. RiceVideo is an open source video graphic plugin for N64 emulators. All windows-based emulators with plugin support (1964, Project64, Mupen64plus).


RiceVideo Git Changelog:
* Remove the device Builder, we no longer need this since where only handling DirectX now.
This removes an extra loop where things could of possibly gone wrong.
* Fix up some if statements, textures should actually load better now.
Added a fclose in our new get image info to ensure the stream is closed if we fail to read the first 8 bytes
