Dsoid v1.9.9 is released. This is the first Nintendo DS emulator for Android with a dynarec. Right now the NDS emulator is in beta so there are many bugs and it runs slow. However, I'll try and update it frequently so it gets much better!
Other functions to be added
-Compatibility improved
-Seems a tad faster
-Save states added. Do not use these as long term saves. Use in game saves instead. There is no guarantee that save states will work in later updates. In game saves will work. If someone emails me complaining that save states are broken in a later update, I'll just laugh and delete it.

WOW it's the fastest DS emulator I tried! Keep up the good work, it was worth it's price! SAGA 2 game is almost full speed in battle mode on Lenovo tablet with Tegra 3. This game is slowest in towns, faster on map (may depends on certain places) and it's very slow when too many 3D characters are on screen at the same time.
ReplyDeleteAs opposite to other emulators Your improvements don't have problem with sound effects suddenly stopping playing until the scene changes. On this one it plays all the time.
There is a problem though. Pad buttons are too small on tablets with 1280x800 - my fingers are more or less ok but people with bigger finger will find it hard to click correct button.
Also Save hangs game (or disables sound) so I need to click Load for it to work again properly (without emu restart).
Anyway, keep up good work again. :)
