Neo.emu v1.4.21 is released. NEO.emu is a Neogeo arcade and home system emulator based on Gngeo 0.8-svn (GPL), designed and tested on the original Droid/Milestone, Xoom, and Xperia Play, but works on many devices with similar specs (performance is better than previously released Neogeo apps from personal testing). It requires user-supplied romsets from MAME 0.145 or similar for correct operation (neogeo.zip, etc).
