BizHawk SVN r4017 is compiled. BizHawk is a A multi-system emulator written in C#. BizHawk provides nice features for casual gamers such as full screen, and joypad support in addition to full rerecording and debugging tools for all system cores.

commodore64: connect IRQ and NMI lines to cartridge port (no games seem to use them but it is in the schematic)

commodore64: joystick input now works 100% accurately (tested with ciaports.prg from the VICE test suite)
