RiceVideo Git (2012/10/14) is compiled. RiceVideo is an open source video graphic plugin for N64 emulators. All windows-based emulators with plugin support (1964, Project64, Mupen64plus).


RiceVideo Git Changelog:
* just some misc changes
* Remove option to be able to select the render buffer type for fullscreen and force it to swap (Swap works better for fullscreen)
Also one slight change, made it to enable the D3DPRESENTFLAG_LOCKABLE_BACKBUFFER when framebuffer is enabled since we automatically disable antialiasing when the framebuffer is enabeld anyway
* More option removals and making them used a forced aproach.
