Durazno SVN r90

Durazno SVN r90 is compiled. Durazno is a XInput to XInput wrapper that simply allows customization when using XInput controllers.

-. Added port and dummy settings (INI only).

Port allows for redirecting the controller port,
and dummy uses controller1 but nullifies input.

Example: game requires 2 controllers but player 1
can use controller and keyboard.

Set controller 2 to port 0 (0 to 3) and
set controller 1 to dummy.

Thus, player 1 can use keyboard and
player 2 can use controller1. In theory. =D
