Tedplay v1.1

Tedplay v1.1 is released. Tedplay is a Commodore music format player for Windows/Unix written in C++ using WTL and SDL.

It resembles SIDPlay, the music player of its big breadbox brother.

It aims to become the de facto standard player of choice for the Commodore 264 music collection as well as a set of tools that makes it easier to convert native music to any of the dedicated music file formats.

Tedplay v1.1 Changelog:
- SID card support
- Commodore 64 PSID music format support
- optimized FIR filter
- global hotkeys for skipping tracks (Windows only)
- module properties window (Windows only)
- mutable noise channel via GUI button (Windows only)
- disable SID card from the menu (Windows only)
- bugfixes

PSID tunes are played on the C64 clock frequency but in a Commodore plus/4 virtual machine. The purpose is not to have yet another SID player, but to allow people primarily focused on the 264 line to occasionally listen to C64 tunes within the same player.
