Project64 Git (2012/07/26) is compiled. Project 64 is a proprietary Nintendo 64 emulator for Windows. It employs a plug-in system that allows third-party software developers to create their own implementation of a specified component. Project64 allows the user to play Nintendo 64 games on a computer by reading ROM images, either dumped from the read-only memory of a Nintendo 64 cartridge or created directly on the computer as homebrew. Project64 started as an exercise by Jabo and zilmar in an attempt to see if they were capable of programming a Nintendo 64 emulator. It's open source now.

so now what will be the best n64 emu i think seriusly if pj64 would be really improved since now that is open, woud be the best, the emu scene on n64 ii always be very nothin that works well exept pj64 e 1964, even if 1964 give me always trouble. So anyone know hot to run mupen 64 plus on windows i dosoen't have any gui help!!
ReplyDeletegui's are pretty useless anymore, use a multi-emu frontend to play the games and it takes like 60 seconds to configure the config file for emu's like mupen.
ReplyDeletewhoa, those guys got to work on that audio issue rather quickly oO
ReplyDeleteI don't see how emucr sees this as a viable compile.
DeleteIf I ran this site, I would do compiles that are only significant. This isn't wat you call a significant change, especially since relevant code is not working yet.
Oops. My bad.
Delete@beefcake2000, I'm glad you didn't suggest that a command interface would be the better route to take for Project 64, I mean, look how well it worked for Mupen64 Plus and its lack of a proper, updated UI! (sarcasm).
ReplyDeleteThis is a good GUI for Mupen64+.
ReplyDeletehttps://sourceforge.net/projects/m64py/?source=directory
thats a SHIT ui for mupen64+
Deleteinput doesn't even fucking work. you can configure controls all you like, once you go to start a game, it won't accept any button presses.
that cutemupen is in the same boat
i never tried the Wx frontend, but mupenshitty4+ is already screwed by its use of SDL's with its limited button and axis support
A GUI for Mupen64+ that doesn't suck? Stop the presses! Seriously though, thanks for posting that, I was sick of CuteMupen or whatever the other crappy one was called. :D
ReplyDeletemake it support linux... pretty pleaze
ReplyDeleteFry said that it will happen when its core sucks less
