Jpcsp SVN r2604 is compiled. JPCSP is the most advanced PlayStation Portable(PSP) emulator, allowing you to play your PSP games on a PC. Even though Jpcsp is written in Java, it can already reach 100% PSP speed on a lot of commercial games... and the emulator performance is constantly increasing. Jpcsp takes full advantage of dual-core processors, matching the PSP dual-core architecture. Even a quad-core can give a small performance improvement by leaving free CPU cores for the Java JIT Compiler and the graphics cache.
Jpcsp SVN changelog:
r2602
Fixed the ELF loader where the BSS area was not always cleared (when the memsz
was larger than filesz in the program header).
r2603
Improved sceKernelPowerTick to avoid useless warnings
"IGNORING:sceKernelPowerTick(-1)"
r2604
Improved sceNetAdhocPtpRecv when receiving messages larger than the Ptp socket
buffer size. Previously, the message was truncated, now it should be stay
complete.
Improved sceNetAdhocPtpAccept when performed several times before accept
completion.

TROLL EMULATOR
ReplyDeletei think the next thing they sound add should be a music ripper then after that a sprite ripper then maybe a DOS3.1 version and then if we are lucky a windows 95 version
ReplyDeleteI want a FRAPS like program added so i can record my gameplay
DeleteEveryone,
ReplyDeleteThey moved to online play. This is a dead give away that they cannot make it faster or more compatible. They have reached the limit in terms of speed with this programming language and need to find something else to implement.
This sucks
ReplyDeleteThis is an awesome emulator. I get full speed, dunno what anonymous is complaining about.
ReplyDeleteFull speed on what, the demoes?
Deleteignore him , he may be just 1 from 2
Delete1 - he got a nasa computer

DeleteOn Core 2 duo @3.8ghz. Crisis Core, 3rd Birthday, Star Ocean's, and Kingdom Hearts play full speed reasonably well. That's most of the games I tried.

DeleteOnly people who don't know how to program anything would complain about this emulator. Most of you wouldn't be complaining behind the computer if you knew how difficult it could be to program something. If you can make a better PSP emulator in another programming language, go ahead and try.
ReplyDeletethis is the best emulator ever
ReplyDeleteFor me to poop on!!
Deletethis is the greatest most bestest emulator ever!
ReplyDeleteonly one person hates this emu and his name is anonymous
ReplyDeletewe are legion
Deletemaybe they're implementing the network now because there having trouble with sorting out all the problems with the gfx and speed, i suppose any kind of update is better than none at all, or maybe they just know that the more they do the more people want eg. game blah blah works almost perfect now so any chance you could get the network going so i can play multiplayer etc. people are never satisfied with what they have.
ReplyDeleteenjoy playing at 13fps
Delete13fps?!? You on a mainframe or something?!?
DeleteHe's using Byuu's PC! A 32-core computer clocked at 8 terrahertz per core, with 800 gigabyte DDR3 RAM and an nVidia GT one million billion-80 in SLI Looooool.

this recipe was more useful than JPCSP
DeleteIt also:
DeleteCrashed less
Accomplished something
Didn't require Java or Sonicstage
Can we all just vote to replace JPCSP with this recipe and continue development from there?
This recipe let me run God of War: Ghosts of Spart @ 55-60fps with 8x FSAA enabled!
