Dolphin Git 3.0-721

EmuCR:DolphinDolphin Git 3.0-721 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. Dolphin has been changed SVN to Git recently.

Dolphin Git changelog:
* Re-add hack to use SDL/SDL.h ifndef _WIN32.

The correct convention is to use #include SDL.h in all cases but we have to
do this so Externals/SDL builds, which isn't in the best shape.

    Just a quick notice for all some games lose alot of FPS wait for another version or just dl version 3.0 from the actual people who made this emulator
