JACE SVN r196 is compiled. JACE is a java-based apple computer emulator. It is a faithful cycle-accurate emulation of an apple //e computer. The modular framework allows additional features to be swapped in without any massive rearchitecting of the codebase.

Adding short names to configuration for command-line support and build a rudimentary parser for commandline options. Also small code cleanup (removed unnecessary imports, added @override annotations to make Netbeans happy, changed author name from Administrator to brobert).
