Fix up a silly mistake of mine in Video.cpp where I ended up setting the ram size to low causing some games to not show properly.

    Great emulation with 1964Video,but the emulator isn't showing the real FPS/VI with any other video plugin.
    It's showing "0" or maximum FPS/VI is "34".
