PCSX2 SVN r5210 is compiled. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.
PCSX2 SVN Changelog:
r5207
gsdx ogl:
* split GSDeviceOGl header. Will allow easy sharing with zzogl.
* fix some gcc warning
zzogl:
* import Uniform buffer and Vertex array from GSdx
r5208
zzogl:
* use 128 vertex buffer instead of 512 that will avoid to fill the GPU vram
* Use separate shader infrastructure for GLSL 4 as Nvidia cg. Beside code is much easier to understand
r5209
gsdx, zzogl: avoid nested class inside GSVertexArrayOGL.h
zzogl: rework the shader interface to use struct like CG. Shader are still broken because some variables (gl_color & gl_secondary_color) are not supported in vertex shader...
r5210
zzogl: plug vertex array object and remove most deprecated variable from shader. Only remains gl_FragData

Could anyone run "Football Kingdom" on PCSX2 ? I tried every release and SVN and all I get is a black screen, it is a japanese only game.
ReplyDeletehey change your bios version to the JAPAN bios version 2.20 thou should work trust me m8 :)
ReplyDeletehey can some get the getaway and the getaway black pal version monday to run atleast 40 fps becuase i got a good pc that can run metal gear solid 3 at 60 fps and these games barely get 8 fps and these are my favorite games of ps2 can someone give me any configs or something
ReplyDeletewhen comes to JAP region #1, you always wanna use jap bios..if not will have few problems..anyways question for anyone here...have the intro vids and such for ffx-2 been fixed? i hate using the mpeg remove fix cause it skips all videos in games...altho it speeds up the games a good 20-40fps increase (yes its true it does raise fps when disable vids but only very few games crash),i like seeing the cutscenes in ff series games as well as god of war and was just wondering if its still messed up :\
ReplyDeletebtw anyone know what the native resolution is?is it 640x480?
ReplyDeleteDifferent games have different native resolutions (check the status bar of PCSX2 when running a game, it will show the native res of the game).
ReplyDelete@#5
ReplyDelete1280x1024 to as low as 256x224. Most games are somewhere in between.
anyone has success at using gsdx in openGL hardware mode?
ReplyDeleteit always crash for me...
@#8
ReplyDeleteit crashs too for me, I tried every combination possible in the settings but it doesn't seem to work at all
@#5 i have it set to 580x373 and the res is set to 480x272..runs nice (except for laggiest place in the game = omega ruins)..if ne1 wants my mem card save file to take the ffx save i have from it let me know..has almost all best weapons (the ones where gotta find hidden items and do sidequests to get)..save is in omega ruins and to me is by far the best place for leveling but a pain to kill things if you dont have quick attack skill or attack first skill item (possible death without them since all mosters have high hp and they hit HARD) lol
ReplyDeletehas anyone play armored core3 run at 60 fps? if you do,please tell me how to make that possible...is it the config on pcsx2 or the pc? my pc specs is: cpu-phenom II x4 965 vga-gtx550 ti ram-4gb os-win7 sp1
ReplyDeletecould anyone know how to fix shadow without software renderer in sillent hill origins?cuz fps will drop instantly if using software renderer
ReplyDeleteSomeone suggested using japan bios version 2.20 for "Football Kingdom", I tried but still get a black screen, something strange happens with this game that no release can get it to work, any idea ? thanks
