PCSX Reloaded SVN r78211

EmuCR: PCSX ReloadedPCSX Reloaded SVN r78211 is compiled. PCSX-Reloaded is a fork of the PCSX-df Project, a PlayStation Emulator, with support for both Windows and GNU/Linux operating systems as well as several bugfixes/improvements.

    GPU plugn doenst work properly on High resolutions.
    Alos Sound Bugs on Resident Evil 2 and possibly 3

    Memory card problem legend of dragoon... when i save the game it says ok but when i want to load it saids not data
