EmuCR:bsnes Emulatorsbsnes v087r01 is released. bsnes is an emulator for the Super Famicom and SNES video game systems. The purpose of the emulator is a bit different from other emulators: it focuses on accuracy, debugging functionality, and clean code.

    bass is a multi-platform cross assembler with many unique features.

    Changelog:
    defaults to -arch=table if no arch specified
    can now declare macros with command-line arguments
    major speedup by eliminating an O(n^2) edge case in substr()

  8. What kind of ridiculous claim is that?
    NTSC is just the most widely used industry
    standard, so its just natural it would be
    used for optimization profiling.

    Its not like its impossible to get NTSC
    ROMs as opposed to PAL, not to mention the first
    is preferable anyway; losing 10 frames of animation speed just to conform to a defunct
    standard? no thanks.

  9. it'll be awesome if byuu adds n64 support to bsnes. it's already supporting gameboy. :)

    n64 feature would probably require i7 5ghz system to run full speed though. :P
