PCSX2 SVN r5087 is compiled. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. Set the EE round mode to nearest for SMT: Nocturne.
Fixes the problem where players can not use ladders mid-game.

This SVN raises an interesting question. In the same "EE round mode" tab, my guess is that the default values are the best speed/compatibility tradeoff... but which settings are most accurate no matter the performance impact?

ReplyDeleteI've had this particular problems during my Nocturne playthrough (an amazing game I might add).
Yeah, they are set for best compromise. "Nearest" is most accurate setting for round mode. Likewise "Full" for clamping mode.

ReplyDeleteno need for separate bios. bios ver. has nothing to do with pcsx2 versioning. use 1.60 or 2.00 and your are set.
