PS364 - N64 Emulator: Progress Report (2011/06/29)
It appears that it won't be long until we see that famous red suited, Italian plumber on our PS3's. New information regarding the Wii64 port to the PS3 arrived recently. As the name suggests, the Wii64 was originally a Nintendo 64 emulator for the Nintendo Wii. Work has been progressing on bringing the emulator to the PS3. The emu currently runs, but is still in need of some tweaking to get it to run faster. Expect a release of the emulator in the near future.
D2X-XL v1.15.236
D2X-XL v1.15.236 is released. D2X is a port of Descent 2 to OpenGL. It is an open source project and has received a lot of enhancements compared to Descent 2. My work on this project would not have been possible if hadn't been for the people who initially implemented the OpenGL and SDL code in D2X, so my thanks to them: It is for them that we can still play this great game on modern hardware. My thanks also to the many people who have provided input for this project, be it in the form of bug reports, great ideas, logos, encouragement, or other.
NEWS: Nintendo 64 EMULATOR to XBOX360 Progress Report (2011/06/29)
It's alive !
Sorry for the lack of updates, I was busy with other stuff for some months.
As you can see on my github, ( https://github.com/gligli/libxenon/commits/master ), I think libXenon has improved a lot lately, with lots of stuff added from Xell (NAND access, lwip & network code,...), a new ELF loader, a unified ATA driver (that can access both HDD and DVD), the return of opendir/readdir/... functions and many bug fixes and smaller improvements in almost all drivers.
