Snes9x ReRecording SVN r193 is released. Snes9x ReRecording has three branches. These are Snes9x 1.43、Snes9x 1.51 and Snes9x 1.52 respectively. This is the development project for this branch of Snes9x. Its primary function is to expand features related to the creation of Tool-Asssisted movies.

Dolphin SVN r7125

Dolphin SVN r7125 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

DeSmuME SVN r3930 FIX

DeSmuME SVN r3930 is released. DeSmuME is an open source Nintendo DS(NDS) emulator for Linux, Mac OS and Windows. DeSmuME supports save states, the ability to increase the size of the screen and it supports filters to improve image quality. DeSmuME also supports microphone use on Windows and Linux ports, as well as direct video and audio recording. The emulator also features a built-in movie recorder.

MameUI v0.141.2

MameUI v0.141.2 is released. MameUI [formerly Mame32] is the GUI version of the M.ultiple A.rcade M.achine E.mulator, a program which seeks to document the internal hardware and code of all arcade games. Originally authored in 1997 by Chris Kirmse, it was the first port of Mame™ to the Windows platform.

Mupen64Plus 20110210

Mupen64Plus 20110210 is released. Mupen64Plus is a N64 emulator and plugins for Linux, Mac OSX, and FreeBSD. Mupen64Plus is a plugin-based N64 emulator for Linux which is capable of accurately playing many games. Included are four MIPS R4300 CPU emulators, with dynamic recompilers for 32-bit x86 and 64-bit amd64 systems, and necessary plugins for audio, graphical rendering (RDP), signal co-processor (RSP), and input. There are 3 OpenGL video plugins included: glN64, RiceVideoLinux, and Glide64.

NEZplug++ 0.9.4.8 + 3 + 21.00 is released. NEZplug++ is a plug-in indispensable for Winamp, supporting NSF (Nes), KSS (MSX, Master System, GameGear), GBR-GBS (Game Boy), HES (PC-Engine) and AY (CPC). It is based on NEZplug and NEZplug+.

MESS SVN r10355

MESS SVN r10355 is released. MESS(Multi Emulator Super System) is an open source emulator which emulates a large variety of different systems. MESS is a source-available project which documents the hardware for a wide variety of (mostly vintage) computers, video game consoles, and calculators through software emulation, as MAME does for arcade games. As a nice side effect to this documentation, MESS allows software and games for these hardware platforms to be run on modern PCs.

BGB v1.3.1 is released. BGB is a gameboy emulator which runs on Windows.

MAME v0.141u2

MAME v0.141u2 is released. MAME stands for Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator. When used in conjunction with images of the original arcade game's ROM and disk data, MAME attempts to reproduce that game as faithfully as possible on a more modern general-purpose computer. MAME can currently emulate several thousand different classic arcade video games from the late 1970s through the modern era.

ArcEm is a Acorn A400 hardware emulator that is highly portable, it currently runs on Unix (X Windows), Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, the GP2X handheld, RISC OS and Amiga OS 4. As it's a hardware emulator it's capable of running multiple operating systems including
RISC OS 3.10 and ARM Linux.
