PCSX2 SVN r5011

EmuCR:PS2 emulatorPCSX2 SVN r5011 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

r5010
GSdx: changes of r5007 did not help as much as I thought, disabled it for the time being, plus other minor optimizations
r5011
GSdx: Hack around a problem with the texture cache finding depth stencils when there can't be any.
This makes the Arc the Lad fog issue go away.

    Games like Ar Tonelico, FF 10/12 don't need a nasa control center

    But many need an high frequency for the CPU and a good GPU, like VP2

    By the way, the section "speedhacks" is very important :p
