PCSX2 SVN r4968 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

Everyone loves to compare Byuu to others despite the obvious fact that he's been working on something that has insanely good documentation...year 20 years in fact. It's about as ridiculous as someone comparing the BSNES project to the guys who are making a speak and spell emulator.

A low frame rate of 30~40 per seconds on Fatal Frame 3 in early begining of the game.
