Dolphin Git 3.0-208

EmuCR:DolphinDolphin Git 3.0-208 is released. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. Dolphin has been changed SVN to Git recently.

Dolphin Git changelog:
* Update linux libav frame dump code for recent api changes.
* Update required libav versions in the cmake build.
* Gameini database cleanup of "postprocessingshader" and additions/updates for FlingSmash, Rune Factory Tides of Destiny, The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess for GC and Wii.
* Merge branch 'remove-libav-deprecated'

    i want to play zelda skyward sword without motion plus!!! When the plugin motion plus will be ready???

    You can't play skyward sword without motion plus.
