Virtual Jaguar v2.0.0 is released. Virtual Jaguar is an open source emulator based on Jagem (Virtual Jaguar) for Linux, MacOS X, and Windows. The source also compiles on BeOS. Virtual Jaguar is an awesome Atari Jaguar emulator with great compatibility.

* Added detection code to fish out files from inside ZIP archives. What this
means is that now you can have other goodies inside of your ROM ZIP like

Works pretty decent here on my i7 core setup. A lot of games chug, but some are running full speed (or close), with sound and DSP on. It's really shaping up! Can't wait to see what is to come after they get around to properly optimizing this emulator. Good job Virtual Jag team!
