MESSinfo.dat v0.143u9 is released. detailed mess game information (including version added, number of players, game status, cpu/audio chips, display info and maws hall of fame ratings). Provides Recommended Games for GameEx.

MESSinfo.dat Changelog:

* 1.44 26/10/2011: Added romset infos (bytes/# files/packed bytes) for 0.143u8 sets. * 1.45 27/10/2011: Added a first version of the files "version.ini"; to put in "folders" of the MESS. * 1.46 28/10/2011: Aligned files to 0.143u9 version. Updated the SVN until October 28, 2011 (r13113).
