MakaronEX v4.0 NewGen

EmuCR :MakaronEXMakaronEX v4.0 NewGen is released. MakaronEX is a a special buid of the original emulator Makaron (Sega Dreamcast and NAOMI videogame systems emulator). MakaronEX has a comfortable and intuitive interface, supports some additional features that were not available to the original version of the emulator.

MakaronEX v4.0 NewGen Changelog:
- Fully rewrited new GUI
- Added support of PVR2 settings (Sorting, Shadows, etc.)
- Added support of hidden settings:
- SH4 Mode (Interpreter/Dynarec)
- SH4 Frequency (speedhack)
- DSP (enable/disable)
- Debugger (enable/disable)
- Added ability to save current settings in game profile for Naomi and Dreamcast (GDI only)
- Added ability for automatic setup time (experimental, look in Tools menu)
- Added ability for Naomi screen rotation (experimental)
- Improved shader support (with 2D games compatible now)
- Added support FXAA shader
- Realised automatic close emulator after F8 pressing

    Hope they stick with this GUI... "Old & familiar". Those old ones were pretty annoying. :p

    HELP PLEASE!!!!! I can't get ANT of my CDI images to run with this emu. After the startup date and time bios, I hit the play icon and I get a black screen! What am I doing wrong???

    To clarify for those having the black screen:

    After you confirm the date twice on the first startup, you need to go into the settings again and confirm it again.

    Then, quit the emulator and restart. The game will boot right up.

    Using shaders causes the emu to crash with an error message; (-1005) in module Makaron: Unhandled Win32 exception 0xc0000005 (ACCESS VIOLATION). Any known fix to this?

    No because we cant play all the games we want,what part of that dont you fucking understand,Illbleed is not full playlable,and skies of arcadia is the same,and who knows what other games does not run under nulldc.

    Too bad all the MakaronEX versions, as well as version 12x of regular Makaron are throwing me direct3d failed call errors when I try launching a NAOMI rom. Running Windows 7 Ultimate x64, directx is completely up to date. Looks like I'm going to have to keep using some older version and Manaload...

    finally got it working
    1-when i installed the bios,roms like normal. as soon as i changed the resolution from 640*480 in the emu it crashed with the (-1102) error also the "exit" file was giving me a virus warning and got auto deleted.

    2-so i went back and gave the exit file administrator privileges and the makaron application file also. this solved the problem

    3- to change the resolution do not use the emu, leave it as 640*480 use the makaron cfg file in the dreamast folder. if it does not save move it to your desktop edit, save, replace. all the changes will reflect in the emu without crashing it. other setting like render mode and advanced can be done inside the emu without any issues also f11 in game brings up the... im tired now hope this helps.

    que eu vou sair criticando niguem...até porque
    ninguem é obrigado ficar postando coisas de graça para pessoas mau agradecidas...
    e sem contar e os outros emuladores que estão postado e funcionando perfeitamente...ninguem ve isso!........e outra estão baixando porque querem não estão sendo obrigados .............Abraço

    How come this Makaron does not accept .dat files for NAOMI games? What format should my games be in? I had one, Power Stone.bin, but it said:

    ERROR 01
    This game is not acceptable by main board.

    Prettiest error screen I have seen in a while though! :-)

    Also, why does this produce false positive? That gives me FUD. :-(

    LOK: Soul Reaver worked like a charm. But sound is bad. Graphics are full and better than NullDC. I hope sound issue will be fix in next versions...

    Hello again. How can I enable vibration in Soul Reaver? I am playing game with my gamepad with the dinput plugin. But when I try to enable vibration under options menu nothing happens. Only I hear a warning sound that It is not working. Please help me for to enable vibration support. Thank you...

    well i am impressed with this emulator got most of my dreamcast games to run nicely great work guys ,but......no NAOMI games seem to want to work any tutorials on this would be great as the old tutorials seem to be pre EX era. any help would be appreciated ^^

    3 trojans detected after install by AVG 2013. I tried downloading Makeron 4.1 from another site and its still the same - 3 TROJANS! Avoid this emulator. Oh and it dosent work either. Kepp getting x2 audio error and wont start games. Tried reinstall and still wont work. CRAP
