Dolphin Git 3.0-77

EmuCR:DolphinDolphin Git 3.0-77 is released. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. Dolphin has been changed SVN to Git recently.

Dolphin Git changelog:
* disable ltcg for release build
* vs2010: Disable LTCG for realz
* Fix various cases in scissor rect emulation.
Patch by delroth.
* apply to dx9 and dx11 backends as well
* Merge some scissor rect related code to VideoCommon.
* Merge branch 'scissoring-fixed'
Fixes various cases in scissor rect emulation. This should fix glitches in various games, right now it's only known to (partially) fix Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings.
Fix by delroth, port to D3D9/11 by godisgovernment, cleanup by me.

    Difference from SVN to Git? For you as a normal end user - None.It's still the same Dolphin emulator you used before."Git" is just another distributed revision control system.

    Git was initially designed by the finnish software engineer and (ex?)hacker, Linus Torvalds, who also helped developing the Linux kernel.If you want to learn more about it, flush "git" down the google search and take a pick.

  3. I experience a bit of speed increase in Git about 7-10% more than SVN build.

    @Anon

    6850pcs+ & 965 BE @ 4ghz - Couldn't measure any gains on my hardware. :(

    Maybe some Intel optimizations,or some hardware specific reasons.But if there are increases in performance,then it's most likely due to coding efforts,not Git. :P

  10. What patch? You need the DSP roms, and then enable LLE audio in the audio settings.
