Dolphin SVN r7690

EmuCR:DolphinDolphin SVN r7690 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

Dolphin SVN changelog:

added hash for free dsp roms (+there is a warning, if panic alert-s are enabled)

    This is just update released of emulators only.

    Here is no Dolphin developer. Go to Dolphin site as here: http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/.. Its your answer you need to go there for dolphin developer to read your comments. Thanks.
