ReplyDeleteWOW! PS3 emulator for PC!
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
Yeah!
ReplyDeleteThe emulator PS3 begin to made
Good luck!
ReplyDeleteHOLY MOTHER OF GOD!!!
ReplyDelete*has been read
ReplyDeleteAnonymous #6 он пока ничего не запускает кроме homebrew и запустит что-либо из игр очень не скоро
ReplyDeleteIT STARTS.
ReplyDeleteAnother early emu who i see born and later died... like some Dreamcast emu's and xbox emu's and ps2 emu's except pcsx2
ReplyDeleteI agree the current computers cant handle the ps3, they can barely manage the ps2, so even with the lattest cpu and gpu and wasting $5000 us dlls im sure i wont run, anyway this is the first step so maybe in 10 years, we can see a full working ps3 emulator, good luck to the authors
ReplyDeleteLOL barely manage ps2? my computer plays ps2 even with 8192 internal resolution
ReplyDeleteAwesome to see the work getting started for this system!! :D
ReplyDeleteGreat Work...
ReplyDeleteMy PC sucks and i can run Pcsx2 easily
ReplyDeleteOK I don`t believe!
ReplyDeleteThe SVN build compiled by EmuCR :)
ReplyDeleteoh?! I understand :D
ReplyDeleteI have a standard graphic card and my pcsx runs!"would you believe a celeron! as low powered of a CPU it is it works" So it is all in the physics GPU, direct x model shader clock 4 or 5 cuda, logic processors, xenon, or i series, gddr 3-5 rams (video) and 2-4 gigs of non buffered icc ddr2 or 3 system rams! I believe Nvedia is more then capable of running Holly wood graphic technology! PS3 and the Wii both share. "It's ALL ABOUT THE PHYSICS BABY!"GPU RULES!" and besides where do you think home consoles are born from!? ;)
ReplyDeleteYeah finally the ps3 emulation starts or well is more known publicly now.
ReplyDeleteIs real that??Ps3 emulator
ReplyDelete????????????????????????????
???????????????????????????

or i have a pad....I can?set the pad?
with this?
please tell me? someone?
Gratz to authors!
ReplyDeleteAt least there's something out there to shut up all the whiny people begging for ps3 emu. Now I hope they introduce reqs soon... Like "minimal" 32 Core CPU @ 4Ghz and 64 GB of DDR3 @ 2000 Mhz and 2 GTX 590... I mean, post theoretical reqs (hi hi hi). Well, at least there's something going on. ;)
Concerning the few idiots that think they can actually run ps3 emu with their rigs... You CANNOT. I mean.. not even theoretically. Not even if you had OS from 10 years from now and the emu from then. No. Assuming that emu's stick to the same form and principles. And also. I'm talking about playable speeds. Not 1-2 FPS. For comparison. CPU. PS2 has 300Mhz CPU. PS3 has Cell processors clocked at 3.2 Ghz (almost 11 times faster) not to count in the new instruction sets. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention it's octa core. Which means 8 cores. Voila! I think some of you have enough brain to see where this is going. Even though modern PCs do beat PS3 in term of power. I mean PS3 has lazy GeForce 7 series GPU... Just look at modern games. PC is having no trouble handling new games on mid-range (or even low-range) PC, while PS3 is at it's limit(IMO it's because of huge bottleneck (lousy GPU). BUT, IT MEANS nothing for emulator... Those were my two cents.
Regards
@Goran H
ReplyDeleteNot octacore, not 11 times faster.
Nice talk about tech stuff without actually knowing anything.
Well, you can always do high level emulation, I believe that there's no need to have a 32-Core bridged CPU. With luck, and some HLE, you'd be able to "Emulate" or "Simulate" the hardware a PS3 has with at least an i7 or a Phenom II x6.
ReplyDeleteBut for starters, this is pretty much awesome. It just needs time to develop and time for computers to be faster.
I try to run Read Dead Redemption and the program crash...
ReplyDeletethe plans of the programmer:
ReplyDelete0.0.0.1 - all the instructions in DisAsm-e
0.0.0.2 - fixes in DisAsm-e
0.0.1.0 - Larry 0.1.0.0 - graph 0.2.0.0 - ideal launching several houmbryu
0.9.0.0 - fixes in the interpreter 1.0.0.0 - the launch of the first game
2.0.0.0 - recompiler
i used google translate for translate the russian subtitle :)
this version is the: rpcs3 Beta 0.0.0.1. SVN R20
ReplyDelete/if you want know everything of the emulator, go to -> emuplace
Please make the emulator i am dieing to play god bless you and thank you for the launch good luck ok
ReplyDelete@Anon 25
ReplyDeleteYeah... I love clowns like yourself telling people they are just wrong... and not telling them where... Ps3 HAS 8 cores... hence octacore. It is clocked @ 3.2Ghz. Its not "11 times faster". I was just comparing plain speeds... 0.3Ghz vs 3.2 Ghz. You are just playing stupid. :)
@ Elratauru
ReplyDeleteI hope you are right... Well nevertheless this is still a great feat. Wish em full luck.
wooow. good job
