Fake86 v0.11.6.14 is released. Fake86 is an 8086 PC emulator written in C. It is written from scratch, including the CPU core and has been under development since October 2010. It was originally written in FreeBASIC, however I have since re-written it in C for greater speed and portability.
Fake86 v0.11.6.14 Changelog:
- Added support for Adlib music.
- Support of the Disney sound source.
- Emulation of the speaker of the PC.
- Emulation preliminary Ethernet.
- Integration of a disk image (fd-fake86.ima) containing modified drivers Crynwr (PD.COM). Necessary for the emulation of network functions. The network is available only for Windows.
