PCSX2 SVN r4640

PCSX2 SVN r4640 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

- Fix for falling through floor bug in MGS2 Demo Disc (not a proper fix but good enough for now)
- Fixed a few random tiny bugs; might not effect anything
- Coded some optimization that didn't workout well; its disabled by default, will probably remove the code later...
