PCSX2 SVN r4620

EmuCR:PS2 emulatorPCSX2 SVN r4620 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

Disabling some console spam (actually just changing it to a dev logging spam :p) that was causing a huge slowdown in Star Trek Voyager - Elite Force.

    i get almost 45 50 fps c2d e7500 2.93 hd 4850
    i hope you more optimize for c2d i mean without speed hack need a slightly improve and it will be fully playable at 100 % 60 fps

    and i noticed when use vu stealing level 2 player model blinking "gow2 crash bandicot ..." but + about 10 fps

    Superb emulator
    Useful for players
    Configs are easy to understand
    Keyboard also work well
    Sweet work!
