PCSX2 SVN r4614 is released. PCSX2 is an open source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator for the Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems. With the most recent versions, many PS2 games are playable (although speed limitations have made play-to-completion tests for many games impractical), and several games are claimed to have full functionality.

Added GameFix for Transformers and Test Drive Unlimited to solve the slow booting issue, Test Drive is now playable at least :P. Also tidied up a small bit of VIF DIRECT/HL, no functional changes made.

Remove a size check that prevented fps2bios to load.

Also enabling code comments again,
since the release is out now we can live with roo -1'in everything :p
