Dolphin SVN r7511

EmuCR:DolphinDolphin SVN r7511 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

Trying to fix mixer problem when AIsrc is @48kHz, should fix games like All Star Baseball 2004/
XGRA Extreme-G Racing Association/Conduit 2... Enabled 48kHz output for LLE (before it was just 32kHz). I hope it works, if there are serious problems, it will be reverted.

    please nichole please can you try fixing wwe day of reckoning 2 because it crashes after you do a grapple move please please please . . . . .

    Nichole doesnt developed it. She just released a binaries for us to download it and test them. You need to go to dolphin emu site and ask the developer about it.

    Useful for players
    Configs are easy to understand
