Dolphin SVN r7503

EmuCR:DolphinDolphin SVN r7503 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4 optimized are enabled in this build.

only create the data directory for a title, not data/nocopy. fixes issue 4453
fs::open does not need to create the data directory, es_diVerify does that.
change applied to CBoot::Boot_WiiWAD as well (es_diVerify isn't used for wads).

    What's going on? This is a great emulator and previous versions I've ran in 1080p with all gfx up-scaled looking nice and HD but until now all I get is a pixelated/blocky display. Anyone else having this issue?

    uncheck the boxes in the configs for more accuracy, its on speed for default
